Your Role

You’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners who requested a cash offer. Your job is to:

  • Listen carefully to their needs and timelines
  • Explain the process clearly and transparently
  • Present fair offers based on real market data
  • Negotiate respectfully and close agreements
  • Help homeowners move forward with confidence
  • This role is about solutions, not pressure.


Compensation & Work Hours

  • Earning Potential: $125,000–$300,000+ per year
  • Commission: Unlimited commission, paid in USD
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (U.S. business hours)

This role offers strong performance-based earning potential, with inbound homeowner leads provided and uncapped commission for closers who consistently perform.
