Comprehensive Daily Responsibilities

  • Lobby & Kiosk Concierge: Proactively roam the ticketing lobby to assist customers with the check-in process. You will guide guests through kiosk usage, process bag drops, securely tag luggage, and facilitate the payment of upgrades and extras.
  • Gate Operations & Boarding: Take charge of the departure gates. You will verify flight manifests, make energetic and informative boarding announcements, coordinate special assistance for disabled travelers, and ensure a safe, orderly boarding process.
  • Arrivals & Baggage Assistance: Provide immediate, on-site support in the baggage claim area for arriving flights. You will expertly utilize tracking software to locate delayed bags and process damage claims with exceptional empathy and professionalism.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Because you are fully cross-trained, you will step in wherever the operation needs you most during peak travel times, acting as the ultimate utility player in our terminal operations.
