What You’ll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision

  • Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA

  • Teach functional skills based on individual goals

  • Track progress through our simple data collection system

  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Experience with children preferred (especially with autism or special needs)

Schedule:
  • Part-time after school hours

  • Monday–Friday availability preferred

  • Occasional weekend hours available as needed
