Role Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Account Manager for our Anord Mardix team. This position is remote based in the US. In this role, you will report to our Head of Sales, North America. You will be in charge of the direct management of our Critical Power solutions and services to targeted accounts within the Data Center space.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Deliver growth within existing accounts and develop new accounts.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
  • Work cross-functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.
  • Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
  • Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.
  • Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams.
  • Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
  • Experience working within sales of Power Electronics for Data Center Accounts.
  • Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business.
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
  • Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution products and services is preferred.
