  • Hands-on experience governing High Deductible/Loss Sensitive programmes (particularly CA) and a deep understanding of claims financials and reserving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

  • The Integrator Mindset: Ability to take two functions (Safety and Claims Management) and blend them into a single, high-performing Risk unit.
  • Experience selecting and implementing Claims Management Systems (e.g., Origami Risk) to create a single source of truth for all risk data.
  • Excellent ability to partner with Global Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to demonstrate the ROI of safety and claims management.
  • Ability to maintain a "Safety First" culture with empathy for injured workers while maintaining disciplined financial and cost management.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to operate independently in a foundational role.

  • $120,000 to $140,000 annual salary
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K
