Citizens Bank of Kansas, a fourth-generation family-owned community bank, has a career opportunity for a Loan Operations Assistant in our Derby - Buckner branch. This member of our Loan Production team will play an important role in the efficient preparation and processing of all commercial, consumer and mortgage loan documents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Convert approved applications into funded loans
  • Communicate and interact with lending team
  • Preparing early disclosures and closing documents for all loan types
  • Uploading loans to core system
  • Following up on any quality control exceptions

We are seeking outgoing, self-motivated candidates with:

  • Positive and professional personality
  • Previous experience in loan processing or origination preferred
  • Above average communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite of products
