Lead Manager — Real Estate Investment Company (Wichita INC 5000)


Professional Home Buyers, a locally owned Wichita INC 5000 company in business since 2001, is hiring a Lead Manager to own our inbound seller leads and turn conversations into signed deals.


You'll spend most of your day on the phone — following up, building rapport, setting appointments, and moving opportunities through the pipeline. If you come from a sales-focused call center and know how to convert leads, you'll feel right at home.


We're a no-drama team that works well together and takes results seriously. If you value a positive, accountable environment where your effort shows up in your paycheck, you'll fit right in.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Follow up on every lead in our system — nothing falls through
  • Work the CRM daily to keep your pipeline current
  • Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and overcome objections
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and keep communication tight
  • Set and run appointments while negotiating win/win outcomes
  • Learn our systems and the real estate process quickly
  • Stay sharp on the local market so you can answer questions with confidence
  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or Associate's degree
  • Sales-focused call center experience preferred
  • Proven sales track record a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs and/or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with a CRM or quick to learn one
  • Clean pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Good attendance record; limited travel as needed
