We are seeking a YouTube strategist to audit, clean up, optimize, and build a practical content strategy across our equipment, auction, dealership, and logistics brands.

This role is not just video posting. We need someone who understands YouTube as a search engine, content library, buyer education channel, and long-term demand-generation asset.

What We Need

We need someone to help us:

• Audit our existing YouTube channels and videos

• Clean up profile branding, descriptions, playlists, links, thumbnails, and channel structure

• Optimize videos for search, discovery, and buyer intent

• Build a repeatable posting strategy

• Recommend content categories by business unit

• Identify high-value videos that should be repurposed or re-edited

• Create a strategy for long-form, short-form, and evergreen content

• Connect YouTube activity to measurable business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Channel Audit & Cleanup

• Review all current YouTube channels

• Identify duplicate, outdated, weak, or poorly titled content

• Recommend what to keep, update, unlist, reorganize, or repurpose

• Optimize channel descriptions, links, playlists, banners, featured videos, and sections

• Improve video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, cards, end screens, thumbnails, and calls to action

• Build playlist architecture around buyer intent, not internal categories only

Content Strategy

Develop a practical YouTube strategy for content such as:

• Equipment walkarounds

• Used equipment spotlights

• Auction previews

• Auction recaps

• Seller and consignor education

• Buyer education

• “How to sell your equipment” videos

• Rental equipment and attachment explainers

• Parts and service education

• Logistics and heavy-haul explainers

• Customer stories

• Operator tips

• Seasonal equipment content

• High-value evergreen search content

Posting Plan

Create a posting framework that includes:
