Overview This position is for an external project, Chess, and is not related to BabyDoge. Project: Chess in Telegram (Mini App + Bot + Channel) Product Link: t.me/chess Goal of the Role To increase user retention, session frequency, and time spent in the game through consistent and smart communication. What You Will Do We are looking for someone at the intersection of SMM and CRM marketing to work within the Telegram ecosystem. You will be responsible for content, push notifications, and basic growth experiments. • Content & Creative • Create visuals, memes, and infographics for CRM messages. • Find interesting topics: news, cultural trends, and reactive content. • Write short, engaging texts in our "Tone of Voice." • Manage the content calendar and format messages specifically for Telegram UI/UX. • CRM Marketing & Messenger Funnels • Launch and manage push notification chains and automated funnels. • Segment users and set up triggers (mass and individual mailings). • Run A/B tests and analyze conversion rates. • Track and improve engagement and retention metrics. • Growth (Optional / Bonus) • Find and buy ads in other Telegram channels. • Set up and optimize Telegram Ads. • Support referral mechanics and viral experiments. Requirements • Languages: Russian (native/fluent) to communicate with the team; English (B1+) for general tasks. • Experience: Previous work in SMM (Telegram experience is a big plus). • CRM Logic: You understand how funnels, triggers, and segmentation work. • Skills: You can write short, catchy copy and create basic visuals (memes, infographics). • Analytics: Basic knowledge of CTR, CR, Retention, and A/B tests. • Interests: An interest in gaming or a strong willingness to learn the niche.
