Title: NetSuite pre-sales Solution consultant(Only w2) Location: EST &CST (Remote with Travel as Needed) Experience Required:15 Years Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Solution Consultant with extensive experience in both pre-sales’ engagement and the full delivery lifecycle. Candidate should have with very strong connects with Oracle NetSuite Sales team. The successful candidate will partner with sales executives and clients to architect tailored NetSuite solutions, drive product demonstrations, and ensure seamless implementations aligned to client business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the sales team to analyse customer requirements and develop strategic solution proposals. • Design and deliver NetSuite product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and detailed solution roadmaps. • Lead response efforts for RFPs, scope estimations, and implementation planning. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment meetings. • Guide customers on NetSuite best practices, adoption strategies, and platform capabilities. • Oversee full-cycle NetSuite deployments, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. • Serve as functional lead across key modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Management, Inventory/WMS, Projects, and Manufacturing. • Translate complex business requirements into actionable system specifications and configurations. • Work cross-functionally with technical and change management teams to ensure project success. • Provide post-implementation support, optimization services, and ongoing improvement guidance. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery best practices. Qualifications • 15 years of NetSuite consulting experience with full-cycle implementation responsibility. • Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales functions, including customer workshops, demos, and solution scoping. • Robust knowledge in one or more business domains (Finance & Accounting preferred; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Wholesale/Retail also valued). • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. • Experience with the Suite Success methodology is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field. • NetSuite ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, or Financial User certifications preferred. • Strong connects with Oracle NetSuite Sales team.
