We are recruiting a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be resilient, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Overview of Role: The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication, and that all works are scheduled and completed on time, meeting company and client standards. The successful candidate will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with administrative tasks, ideally with experience in housing, premises, or facilities management sectors. Key Responsibilities: Planning daily work schedules for Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices, and communicating these effectively. Ensuring data is accurate and delivered promptly. Maintaining up-to-date records via appropriate systems. Collaborating with other Contract Administrators and Supervisors. Handling calls from clients and tenants professionally. Required Attributes: A self-motivated individual eager to develop within a successful company. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with excellent organizational skills. Experience handling high call volumes is advantageous. A friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients. All applicants will undergo criminal and reference checks prior to employment.
