A bit about us:



We are a growing family law practice based in California, currently focused on child custody modification disputes. Our firm is expanding and plans to grow to 4–6 attorneys and a similar number of support staff by the end of next year. We value a collaborative, problem-solving culture and seek professionals who prioritize resolution over unnecessary aggression.

We are seeking a contract paralegal to assist with family law matters, primarily child custody modifications. The role involves drafting and finalizing legal documents, reviewing and responding to opposing counsel, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when necessary.

Hours will vary: light workload for the next two months, increasing significantly starting January***

• Experience in family law, especially child custody disputes
• Collaborative and resolution-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
• Draft and finalize requests for orders and related legal documents
• Review and respond to filings from opposing counsel
